Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 400 gr <strong>pumpkin<\/strong> ICEBERG SALAT CENTER<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 branches fresh parsley ICEBERG SALAT CENTER<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 potato<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd tsp. nutmeg<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tbsp. sour cream<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Place the chopped <strong>pumpkin<\/strong> and potato into a pot, cover with water and cook on medium heat.<br \/>\n2. Once the vegetables soften, remove from stove.<br \/>\n3. Drain 3\/4 of the broth, add milk, salt and nutmeg and using a stick mixer, combine in pot until mixture becomes creamy.<br \/>\n4.
