Workout – Week 13

September has begun rainy, thus officially bringing the swimsuit season to a close. Children have started a new school year and you have gone back to your routine work-schedule, but do you still find time for yourself?  Do not neglect your own health because without it you will not be functional for yourself, your children, your husband nor for others. Eat healthy, sleep enough, drink plenty of liquids and exercise regularly. You have no excuse, especially when Janka prepares workouts for you every week. Exercise from home, the office or wherever you are and be vital and full of energy, because your family needs you!

For a full workout, combine 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
